Oh do shut up about this non-issue. If it annoys you so much, return the phone and ask for a new one there and then. I don't care about the whole "AT&T are crap - Verison are better" argument either, as I don't live in America. Everyone else uses GSM, that's why it's stuck on one carrier.

I've had a go of one of these when they came out over here in the UK and i have to say, they're very overpriced.
They're a good step up from the 400d, but for around the same money, you can get a 40d, which is a proper camera.
