Are you REALLY that stupid that you never question the status quo??

I am just hoping this sends a CLEAR message to Sony that we want FULL HDD installs.

Xbox360 is doing it..but why not PS3?

I'll tell you why...

MS full game install Bigger HDDs they need the money so they allow Full game install people buy bigger HDDs from MS and MS makes more money.

Sony: allows you to install any size HDDS you can find that will fit your PS3 but does NOT allow full game installs...because there's no money in it for them.

If people just sit there and "TAKE IT" like most of you..saying its ok for sony to "F)CK Y*U" up the *ss and you're ok with it

you must come from a "passive(aka p&ssy)" background if you don't like to stand up and say you wont stand up for whats being done to you as a consumer is unfair

someone on this thread even tried making a case that Blu-Ray disc are very durable...compared to what? Glass? or Video Game Cartridge?
Odds are you can step on a DS game and it will work Vs you stepping on a Blu-Ray disc...I use DS because that current Gen...I wanted to say SNES/N64 etc..but for the sake of stupid kids I use DS.

I cannot live without
lbp2, gt 5, killzone 3, the last guardian, ico hd, shadow of the colossus hd,
so I'll buy a second PS3 and put up with the loading times..

SONY doesn't want to do what MS is doing with Xbox360 FULL game installs on HDD.

Here is what I HATE:
Loading times on Disc based games…if Sony would allow what MS has done with Xbox360 of allowing you to COMPLETELY install the game to your HDD and play the game from HDD I would not need PSjailbreak

right now I have Lunar(Harmony) and Ys Seven,(and have preordered Ys(3), Ys 1&2 and Kingdom Hearts) from amazon and I am playing them disc…I HATE to hear the gears of the laser when loading…I buy games I like to show the developer I love their work…but HATE loading time.

I have CFW on my PSP but I BUY games that I like EVEN if I download an ISO i KNOW I must buy the game to show the developer that I like their work and would like a sequel.

so yeah I’ll be buying a PSjailbreak not to pirate games but to avoid loading times.

To those Apple fans fighting a stupid fight...EVERYONE misses the mark/target at least once...Apple is not infallible.

I'm typing this on my 24" IMAC running Snow Leopard...I like Apple but I will be damned if I'll buy this piece crap,

If it had a Multi Card Reader/Ethernet/Camera AND OS X(snow leopard) I would buy one for every relative of mine even if the price would have been $999.99

I just got the WD TV Live last month and have not had a chance to check out every feature...BUT there is Custom Firmware available for it ...there's somewhat of big WD TV Live community out there..

I have not tested Blu-Ray "Raw ripped" files(like DVD .vob files)

WD may ad Netflick and other features in the future but right now there is no netflick/Hulu...

All I can say is that for 99 bucks its a great player...buy one and test it out..if it doesn't do what you need/want then return it.

One more thing I forgot to mention is I don't like the little remote that comes with the unit and the fact that there's no external buttons on the unit(Just like PopBox) so if you lose that remote you're F-ed...there might be a way to control it remotely(VNC etc I'm not sure) but I have not read the manual that came with the unit lol :)

I placed the remote away after programing my receiver's universal remote to copy the commands.

When I read about the PopBox hour last night I was REALLY looking forward to buying a few(two for my house and a few for my relatives cause for 129 bucks it would have been great IF it was like PopCorn Hour C-200)..so I returned one of my WD TV Live but when I got home and saw the video about the Ads I was extremely disappointed.

Last month switched to WD TV Live(needed HDMI)

the ONLY negative on WV TV Live is NO WMAPro decoding(so if you have an amp that can decode WMAPro you're ok)

I purchase two(2) WD TV Live @ Best Buy' for 99 buck but returned one today cause I read about PopBox last night

NOW that I saw Ads on this I will NEVER buy one.

I'm a PopCorn Hour C-200 fan but I the Ads on this product kills it for me...you can clearly hear the guy say anyone can buy ads. Well they better GIVE away the PopBox hour or sell it for 99 CENTS if they will be selling ads space on it.

Xbox360/PS3 and WD TV Live are the perfect set up for me.

By the way WD TV Live is only 99 bucks at Best Buy and it CAN read DVD iso(No DVD menus)

WD TV Live will play those x264 Matroska 14gb + Dark Knight Blu-Ray Rips PERFECTLY with 5.1(AC3) and DTS Audio

2. MS outlook compatible or will be included(not sure which of of the two)

4. Apple will have some sort of exchange program for CURRENT iPhone users to exchange the OLD iPhone for the new one...or they give you a big discount towards it...not sure

I live in Burbank CA and a few guys I know at Disney are beta testing the NEW iPhone 2.0

Its really sad when a company(ASUS) rips off their early adopters this way...I just cancelled my pre-order of the EEE 900 and will be using that money towards whatever Apple releases in June...IF the 901 has Bluetooth, a touch screen AND HSDPA/EDVO then I would pay $650.00...Thanks ASUS you will not be getting my money or any people I had told about the EEE I'll tell them to stay away from ASUS product now.
