This is actually from an animated tv-series (largely aimed at children), and this clip came along as a bonus in the end of an episode.

The series is about a young baker that comes up with crazy ideas of baking bread. It's not very realistic, but also not totally off the target.

I would guess this instruction video is more for the young ones wanting to make their own bread, but aren't allowed, or does not know how the oven works. In Japan pretty much every household has a rice cooker, and its easy to use.

Oh, and if you want to know more, the series is called "Yakitate!! Japan" (Freshly Baked!! Ja-pan) ['Pan' meaning bread in japanese, so its a play with words].

Knowing the limitations of the DS, I prefer companies making colorful, stylish and artistic 2d games, over the attempts to create some kind of good-looking 3d.
Because it seems like a struggle to just get the 3d sprites to look even close to good. Some companies can pull it off, but they're exceptional.

For example, I wish we could see some pure 2d fighting games, with original and stylish 2d art. It doesnt have to be 3d, the effects can look just as good, if not better.

Some SNES/NeoGeo/older arcade fighting games look way better in my eyes than some attempts to make 3d fighting games on the DS.

RPGs also look way better as 2d on the DS, unless they're nicely cellshaded (which doesnt seem to be an easy feat to pull off).

Making that costume and not showing it to others would be a damn shame, wouldn't you agree?

He does seem sort of spoiled indeed. But nonetheless, it reminds me of when I was a kid at christmas, sort of. I didnt get that fancy stuff... and also I'd probably get slapped if I threw them on the floor. :D

He surely made a fuss about the spongebob squarepants game. ;P Didnt catch the other ones though.

Its funny how he lifts his head and looks up while thanking santa, like santa is some kind of god. Well for kids at that age, I guess he is. :D
