Hello,
I was hacked on Nov.2. I am from Spain but I am living in Richmon, VA. My account was hacked from Russia. On Nov.2, I received an email from Microsoft telling me that my account's migration to a Russian account was completed succesfully. I was shocked. I went to xbox, I turned it on and There I was in the Russian' dashboard. I lost my xbox gold account and more than 3000 Microsoft points that I had at that time. I called to Microsoft support, they opened a case "1164942837". They told me that I couldn't use my account because it will be blocked. Not true, after a few days a called again telling them that I still was able to sign in my my hacked account with my xbox and on www.xbox.com. They said that it will be fixed...well, I am writing this on January, 9th. And I still can have acces to the Russian account. I can even see under my friends all of the hackers' friends! What kind of fix is that. Also, I have received already twice the same message fom Microsoft. That one that says "Dear Xbox LIVE Customer,Your report of an unauthorized access to your Xbox LIVE account has been reviewed by our fraud investigations team. However, there is a delay in processing your request, so we're sending you a free, 30-day Xbox LIVE membership code that you can use to create a new, temporary account.
Please accept this prepaid code with our apologies for the delay"
And also twice the following message:
Dear Xbox LIVE Customer,
We are continuing to investigate your report of unauthorized account access to your Xbox LIVE account. Our goal is to unlock your account as quickly as possible. As previously communicated to you this investigation may take up to 3 weeks to resolve. During this time we ask for your continued patience.
If you have any concerns please contact us and be sure to include service request number 1164942837.
It is January 9th and I am still waiting, after three emails telling me the same.

Let's be honest, the game industry, like most of the other is full of people with a bunch of stereotypes. Latinos are just members of gangs and drug clans, blacks are big, thieves and their only ability is be able to sing, and only white people can be the savior of the world. I mean, they take the same face white face to do the character for "Uncharted", "Shadow Complex", "Splinter Cell", etc. That is why the game industry is so conservative in this field, I don't care what they say about it.
It is sad because we are living in 2010 and it looks like a lot of prejudices are not gone...and if we talk about black or latin female characters, oh man/woman, I feel like we are in the slavery era. Just plain sad

I used to play with a very famous toy in my country, Spain, that were called "Airgan Boys" I am almost in tears remembering the hours and hours having fun with them. :,)

Nice, but tired of trying to be honest!!

I have been nice...because even though there are people who don't value my job I still keep doing it even with a bigger passion.

The problem is that, How many main characters are black in the Capcom games? How many do you see in other games? What about black women? That is the problem. That for one time that you see black people in a videogame -with very rare exceptions- they have to be "the bad ones". The same thing is happening with "latinos" or " muslims". Even "The Prince of Persia" is a white guy for Godsake!!

Just a comment about "Europe" xbox market place news. As a Spaniard and European, I am getting tired of all the podcast and webpages saying "Europe" has video marketplace, etc. Europe has more than 30 countries, and only 4 have videomarketplace. Please, stop calling Europe when you are refering to only 4 countries of the continent.
I don't see any gamer from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherland, Sweden, Norway, Poland.. -I guess I should stop here- downloading any video contentfrom xboxlive.
