Just one friend I know in my area, but there are 11 others in the gaming guild I'm in (lostorder.com) that have 360s already.

Extra controller, wireless headset, maybe a vision camera.

this year it's probably gears of war, with viva pinata and lost plant both tied as a close second.

I'm really dying to get my hands on halo 3 though :)

I suppose that's good to know, but then again you could go the no hands route and just rewatch the trailers downloaded off xbox live market place over and over again for a similar effect.

hard to really pick so I picked something recent off my ipod playlist ;)

I can definitely see how the game would be a problem on a SDTV. It definitely makes for a good excuse to invest in the VGA cable and hook the 360 up to a computer monitor though.

I actually have mine sitting on my desk and hooked into the second input on my 19" widescreen LCD monitor. I was too used to PC gaming and too unwilling to buy a good TV when I got my xbox360 :) The 19" LCD makes a really nice poor mans' HDTV when combined with the xbox360 :)
