I too think WWII settings are gay and over played now-a-days. There's seemingly about 2.3 million WWII games already on the market.

I may just have to buy this game afterall....it being a mere $30 regular price also makes it tempting

I am a programmer (although not a game developer) but im pretty sure they are NOT loading the entire game to the HDD. The rare game may, but assuming DMC4 and MGS4 both total more than 5 gigs for the entire game, i'd sya they already are loading just what you need. Its just now with HD, the amount of space used for levels and textures has been dramatically increased (Case in point: Killzone's 2gb 1st level)
