If you own a high-definition television, one of these shows is beautiful to look at, and one is painful to strain your eyes over.

You see a lot more "mud" on THE AMAZING RACE than on SURVIVOR... it's all up there on the screen.

I'd be shocked if an Xbox 360 is released with with an internal Blu-ray drive because of the seek times. There might be some games previously written for the 360 that never took the load times on a 2x Blu-ray into account, and they'd probably take forever to load on a Blu-ray Xbox.

When I read a rumor about "Xbox 360 consoles equipped with a Blu-ray Disc ROM drive," I immediately tune it out. "Bundled?" Maybe.

I can confirm that Howard was still out there at 12:30am.

After the experience of owning a Dreamcast, I moved on to the Xbox and the Xbox 360 over the Playstation 2 and 3 because I wanted to play games that were developed with the Western market as the primary focus and not an afterthought/not-a-thought.

The first thing I did when I fired up the Dreamcast on 9/9/99 was to pop in SOUL CALIBUR... followed by the futile hunt for the non-existent English dubbing. Throughout ownership of that system, I got tired of Asia-first release dates, poor localization, and the Eastern-influenced library.

And, oh yeah... Jesus wants you to buy American!

(Especially two months after 9/11... North American release date first!!!)

Crazy Taxi 3... I could actually see myself dropping that disc in.  Although I'd rather punch it up off the Arcade list.
