That white 360 screen-top is usually just printed on a clear plastic sleeve that goes over the tin. It's removable if you don't like it. At least that's how the ME1 Collector's Edition was assembled, which I also have. Most CE tins are like that.

Digital downloads are fine for rental situations.

But for an ownership investment, hard-copy media bypasses all the DRM headaches that come with digital. Disks are also better for reselling, trading and gifting.

So gimme my disks, please.

I don't even LIKE XBLA games. I never buy them. Even if I wanted this POS free game, my 360 is currently at the Repair Center anyway for RROD like so many others. How am I supposed to obtain it?
