@Jennacide It's a MMORPG, one that's pretty old at that. At this point not too many people care about lore.

@GMUHistorian Blockbuster is cheaper and has a lot more shipping centers then gamefly, so if you can deal with a 3 month delay before you can rent a new release it a good service. Though with gamefly you'll be waiting anyways.

@PR0F3TA I don't play rockstar games for their stories, I play them for the action.

@BlackedOut Welcome to 2010 when there are DLC exclusives or at least timed exclusives especially on the 360 side of things, like dead rising fallout GTA etc. . So I wouldn't exactly call it a slap in the face when the PS3 actually gets something that isn't 360 exclusive.

You are quite correct the PSP Go has no games. However the PSP does have games, quite a few good ones.

I call bullshit on the whole cutting things out because they were too japanese, it's a game about Japanese Yazuka in japan so of course it's going to be japanese. They were simply too lazy/cheap to put more effort into the localization. Cutting the trivia I can understand but there was no reason to cut mahjong and shogi when they could have simply just translated the instructions and let the players figure it out.

@Codemakura I do wonder why they keep publishing games for the 360 when there are at least 10x more ps3s in japan or like you said they should take off the region lock on their games, sure there may not be too many people importing the game but I'm sure every purchase helps with a small developer like themselves. Speaking of which I wish idolmaster were region free even though I can't read Japanese.

@drkow19 Everyone says HD streaming is the future, but I do not believe that. HD streaming is not in the present or near future, in order for HD/BD Quality streaming to gain major traction major infrastructure improvements would need to be made. 1. Until the majority of America gets FiOS+ speed, streaming would not be convenient because the time to download or the amount of buffering required. 2. TVs will need to come with Hard Drives or consumers will need something that Content Providers can deliver content to i.e. STBs from Cable companies, or gaming devices. 3. Convenience, like I mentioned above, streaming is all about convenience but presently owning a physical copy is better because you actually own it, are able to trade/sell it, don't have to worry about content providers revoking your "license". It's easier and cheaper to drive to your local video store/redbox and grab a movie then wait for a movie to buffer to completly download.

So in summary streaming is not the near future for gaming/BD quality HD movies because the infrastructure isn't there.

that's probably where Infinity Ward's MW2 bonus money went.
