@Djones09 what? house of the dead 3 came out in arcades in 02, then xbox on 03... but this is house of the dead 4.. which was an arcade game that never made it to console.

No more Sonic 4 episodes planned after episode 2

@Vic Fontaine are you serious? generations was better than sonic 4 in every way. also, the 3d levels didn't weigh it down... they were the best part.

not only was the homing in sonic 4 a terrible decision, sonic uncurling when going into the air was bad, and there was absolutely no momentum... if you let go of forward.. sonic stopped dead in the air.. which completely goes against the way platform games have been done for ages.. also, generations re-imagining of stages was way better than sonic 4's "new" stages that just ripped off sonic 1 and 2. if i wanted to play emerald hill, casino night, labyrinth zone, and metropolis.. i would have just played genesis sonic... at least in generations, you got 2d re-imaginings of stages that were entirely in 3d.

Marvel: 'No current plans' for more Sega games

@Vic Fontaine funny thing is, you listed 3 of the most meh sega games as of late to me.

bayonetta, vanquish, the yakuza series, valkyria chronicles, sonic colors, sonic generations, and binary domain are all great games deserving of the sega logo. outside of binary domain, all of these games have gotten some pretty good review scores..

you may not have enjoyed them, but they were good games no less...

Marvel: 'No current plans' for more Sega games

@shattercross well, it was sega that went to these developers to get them to develop these games (just like griptonite did the latest shinobi game for 3ds).

just because "company x" developed a game for sega, doesn't mean they would be the ones to make the next one with another publisher. for example.. the x-men origins wolverine game was by raven because it was published by activision, the spider-man games are by beenox.. again, activision.

different publishers use different developers for licensed titles... so really, sega was making poor choices in who they approached to make the games.

i dont know why they wouldn't just have gotten one of their internal teams that make arcade games to make something quick... probably would have turned out better than at least every one of the games but capt america.

Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 details sneak out via XBLM listing

@(Unverified) just one level looks similar, the other 2 dont. it looks like there's a 4th zone that we haven't seen as well.

@(Unverified) theres only one level and the bonus stage that looks like a retread... one of my biggest gripes with the first game was the fact that all 4 zones were exactly the same environments as zones in previous sonic games... but the aquatic ruins zone is the only one i see that looks like a remake.

i dont remember a christmas/underwater/rollercoaster level or a desert/oil rig level in old sonic.
