Well you are talking about a portable device, that was meant to be moved around.

Also portable discman's had a CD read speed of 1 - 2x. Pretty slow, which im sure is one of the reasons they are able to do that.

The dvd drive in the 360 is 12X, around 8000 RPM.

Anyway, my point being, the 360 is not a portable device akin to a discman that you can jostle around "a bit"

If this is the case, can I sue LG, or Western Digital because i tipped my computer on its side while the DVD and Hard Drive platters were spinning and screwed something up.

I'm sorry but if you change the console from horizontal to vertical while the disc is spinning you deserve to have your discs scratched.

Is this not common sense?

Im dissapointed it is only 27 inches long. Kind of underwhelming really.

The bleeding was definatly in NHLPA 93, but only on the Sega version I believe.

I had the SNES version and this never ever happened in all my years playing the hell out of that game, I think it was because of Nintendo's squeeky clean image that they removed it. My buddy on the other hand had it on the genesis and this happened frequently.

I could be wrong though.

Im heading to an area that has a Futureshop, Best Buy, EB Games and 24 Hour Wallmart all in the same parking lot all of which are doing a midnight release.

Im just going to choose the place that has the shortest line. Did the same thing with the Halo 3 release and I was out the door at 12:15am with a copy.

I wish I had a wife that embraced gaming like that.
