@Courtney - Well yes, I agree completely, but there's a difference between being morally right and the legal realities.

Unfortunately, trademark holders MUST defend their trademarks, so I doubt Bethesda's lawyers will permit them to accept this even if they like the idea. :-(

Bear in mind that the Telegraph is exactly the kind of right wing paper whose readers want to read about this kind of "scandal". Feeling morally superior is their main hobby - no need for us to spoil their fun. It's not like any of them will ever even see the game, never mind play it.
