Nov 14th 2006 12:30PM (Joystiq)Sony didn't lie. Remember with the PS2 launch, memory cards were supposed to work? They didn't save games, and some even fried PS2s. It's a launch system.
enjoy 97.x% of PS/PS2 games on your PS3. Oh no, not 100% backwards compatible. I doubt anybody on Joystiq has the 800 games anyway.
