Has the app been released yet? Bungie's blog seems to have fallen a little silent on the matter. I know it's only been a few days, but they seemed so certain that it was on the brink of being released.

I know, I know ... one man's "brink" is another man's "another two months" ;-p

They shouldn't do star-based ratings. A game is either good or bad. Sure there's a range, but as far as making a purchase recommendation don't you think it's enough to have the option to say "yes" or "no"? Have thumbs-up/thumbs-down buttons and allow one per paid user. Better yet, avoid downvote storms and allow thumbs-up only. If a person recommends a game, they click thumbs-up. If not, they click nothing. That's probably the fairest way to do it.

I clicked on this in the Portal 2 menu without really looking at it and thought it was a preview for Half-Life2: Episode Three. When I went back to the menu and saw "Super 8" I was actually a little disappointed. Yes, I'm one of those sniveling fools desperate for the next installment from the HL universe. Sue me.

Okay, so I'm a moron. Now that that's out of the way, can someone tell me ...

Is this AC3 or AC2 Multiplayer? Or AC2.5? I hadn't planned to get it because I'm pathologically antisocial and don't care about multiplayer. But, the more I see, the more I want this if there is a single-player "campaign".

Sorry for being a bit slow, but is this AC3 or AC2.5? If it's the full sequel I admit to being disappointed that it's in the same historical era (judging by the return of characters from AC2).

Sticky cam for sure, but didn't one of the games have an emp gun or something? I remember it having a really cool effect, but might have been a different game.

And wasn't there also another "sticky" gadget that was a decoy or diversionary device?

I like 'em all, but I'll go with the exploding fuel tanks just because of the "Hairdo still perfect" comment at the end.
