Feb 22nd 2012 6:42PM (Joystiq)I never had a problem with that fishing part, but the first couple hours of that game are some of the most boring I've ever encountered in a game. Its just dreadful. Fortunately, the game gets much much better once you get the book and things start getting weird. Plus, the additional playthroughs let you skip the first half and add interesting twists. Nier is definitely a hidden gem.
