you get a level, each trophy is worth a certain amount of points, the more points you get the higher the level you are.

Your Trophy's give you points, which help to increase your level.

Gold, Silver, Bronze and Platium trophies are all worth different point values.

I quite like this idea, so rather than saying i have 5000 Gamerscore points, you can just state you are a level 3 player.

I suspect its more the fact its an 80GB with b/c more so than MGS4 which is why its so popular, still an 80GB Ps3, MGS4, PAIN, and a DS3 for $499 is one heck of a deal
