Review: 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour hatches a new niche

Apr 7th 2010 10:57PM (Autoblog)
to be honest... it doesn't look too bad in person. the reviewer had it right... it's attractive in some angles. the aztek was never attractive... you could myspace angle all you want.. it would never get to a point where it's acceptable.

i think they should just take off that silver plaque thing that the hyundai emblem rests on the nose and maybe trim the big gaping hole in the front a little.... then it would look good.. and if not... nothing manually removing that silver thing and some shaving can't fix

Forum Fodder: Dealer accidentally remote starts customer's Mustang right into a pond? *UPDATE

Apr 1st 2010 2:44PM (Autoblog)
To be honest, and I agree with some of the above posters, the dealership would probably not have much liability in this situation. They simply did not show any signs of negligence in their duty of care towards the car in question. If anything, the car owner was negligent in installing a remote starter unit which would bypass the clutch and then neglecting to inform the dealership of its install. If the accident caused injuries to a worker at the dealership, the owner would likely still be at fault as well. I mean it's like if someone thought it would be cool to install a security system which would cause part of the car to blow up unless a set of key inputs into the radio disabled it, and then drove it to the dealer to get it maintained and forgot to tell them about it. If the bomb blew up, would it be the dealer's fault because they had custody of the car at the time?
