My favorite Halo memory was in halo reach i died in an explosion and my dead body flew over a checkpoint and auto saved. It then proceeded to load my dead flying body in an endless loop. Had to start the level over.

The only bugs I can remember right now are from games I've played recently. In Halo reach I died in an explosion and my dead body flew over a checkpoint and saved the game from there, so the game would restart with my dead body flying in this endless loop.

Another one I encountered was from Mass Effect 2, certain instances while doing the Warp biotic move would freeze the character and you couldn't walk anymore.
