Hover to select? I remember doing that on my EyeToy. I found that annoying then too (although, you did have to wiggle your fingers while it was there). I thought the Xbox had a "press" gesture (didn't they have a press video showing it)?

The third one sounds like a remix of the Sonic CD intro to make it sound like the Sonic 4 intro http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-I8XpxWuUP4. That was released on the Sega CD, not the Dreamcast.

So, did anyone work out why the Steam announcement page has underlined letters, or am I just seeing things?

It's weird that the PSN has had planned outages before and not had problems like this. I wonder what's really going on?

@cjcamilla Uhhh, yeah, Sony announces them when outages are planned. The difference this time is that it is an unplanned outage. And yes, Xbox Live has had unplanned outages too. IIRC, this is the first unplanned outage PSN has had, so not too bad.
