The Secret World offers up a video diary on freeform progression
Mar 21st 2012 9:25PM (Massively)Clothing system looks great too.
I cant remember the last time I was so excited about a game. Hopefully this game will be the first since GW1 to keep me really hooked. maybe even match my all time favourite pre-cu SWG. :P
The Summoner's Guidebook: The game without a meta
Mar 9th 2012 12:46AM (Massively)Anyway great article, keep up the good work. I love Dominion its the only reason I still play LOL. But I do wish it had a larger player base, hopefully exposure like this will increase the respect it receives from SR players (who just do not understand the depth of the game mode).
James Ohlen hits back against critics, defends SWTOR's innovation
Jan 13th 2012 12:33PM (Massively)Voice: It bored me, I generally skipped all of that besides the main quest, its just a single player element in an mmo and they sacrificed a lot for it. That is not innovative. Also didnt AOC have an element of this? (I could be wrong, im really not sure, just going off a dodgy memory)
Space: Starfox did this when?
Companions: Guild Wars did it without interaction. And gave you a choice on chosen companion :p. Far more limited obviously, but still. It was the convenience of it.
Crew skills: Its just afk gaming to me. Plenty of asian games have done that.
Personal Story: meh nothing to say here.

Jan 12th 2012 7:56PM (Massively)The Daily Grind: Does steampunk taint fantasy MMOs?
Jun 2nd 2011 3:13PM (Massively)Also fantasy should not be so pigeon holed in the LOTOR manner, Star Wars is after all in reality fantasy. Although I'm sure others have stated this already.
The Daily Grind: Would you play a motion sensor-controlled MMO?
Mar 3rd 2011 10:45AM (Massively)Not a bloody chance, it would actually put me off the game if even supported it. I am so sick of casual gaming crap.
EA reveals some dark, dangerous details on SSX: Deadly Descents
Dec 12th 2010 11:16PM (Joystiq)I echo your comment.
Seriously this is a complete load of bollocks, when i first saw an announcement of a new SSX i was going to call a few friends of mine. Then i saw the video. Complete bollocks.
If this is the way games are going ill bin my console. SSX for the modern warfare generation (tards).
EA should at least have the decency to remove the SSX name from the title. I will not be buying this no matter what the reviews look like.
*stares at the reviewers sleeping in the pockets of activision and EA*

Sep 17th 2010 4:09PM (Massively)I was very skeptical about the game, but bought it a couple of weeks ago on sale from Play.com only €3 or so. Im very happy.
Approaching the level cap already but its a fantastic game. The lack of classes makes a huge difference, havent enjoyed an mmo so much since SWG. It can be very complex, but its also good for people who are quite casual players. You can have a real life and still enjoy an mmo woo! Ah no i love MMOs.
I think the overly critical reaction to the game has hung around since launch, undeservingly. Great game.
