Is this the first Popcap DS release? It always struck me as odd that classic Popcap games like Bejeweled hadn't been ported to a handheld.

Or am I missing something?

Yeah, but Star Wars has a U rating in the UK, so that's not surprising :)

Flash Cart + SCUMMVM DS = much LucasArts adventure joy. Fate of Atlantis is compatible.

The idea of being able to play Monkey Island on my DS was what prompted me to get a flash cart in the first place.

Cool as these are, I wonder: What is the age rating for the Halo games? Is some Thompsonesque ninny going to be complaining about marketing violent games to small children?

If you want a stress-relieving arena shooter, and don't give a hoot about story, Painkiller is for you. If memory serves it's by the Serious Sam team, which tells you all you need to know. :D

Hey, folks. I think Maw is a decent game, and I'm sure the DLC is worthwhile. I just found it a little odd that these add-ons were being revealed so soon after the game was released. It is probably clever marketing, but it seems a little exploitative.

How about "Let's withhold these scenes and sell them to unwitting punters later for cash money."

Increased my performance from 23 fps to 29 fps. It's vaguely playable now, but not really enjoyable. I don't need additional graphics options -- I need a way to tone down whatever is so CPU-intensive about the game.

Pre-patch and post-patch, and with both super-high graphical settings and the lowest possible graphical settings I have CPU usage at 95%.

That reminds me ... I totally forgot I'd bought BK on XBLA at the start of the year. I guess I'd better get playing it ^^
