It's high time someone thought about working on triple layer DVD's.

Even though I have bought this card, I hope that Datel gets a swift kick in the ass. If they want to be competitive they should get licensed. The same as any company who wants to make any other peripheral for the 360.

Apparently this firm never read the End User Agreement and TOS for XBOX Live.

Microsoft may take any legal action it deems appropriate against users who violate Microsoft's systems or network security ,this contract or any additional terms incorporated or referenced in this contract, and such users may also incur criminal or civil liability."

I don't see what the uproar is. The software will convert the file to a compliant form. DVR-MS started it's phase out by MS late 2007/early 2008. It's just a matter of support being stopped for an old format.

Sounds like more Too Human to me. Bring it on. I actually enjoyed it's different gameplay feel.

So when can I expect my 360 BD add-on from them?

Konami want's their Rock Revolution Hana Montana Edition back.

This is kindly saying that high res textures need more room on the disc and that they have almost reached thier limit. If HD-DVD or VMD had been incorporated into the system this would not have been thougt upon.
