Running Android ... it needs an SDK.

I'd like to write an app for reading cbz/cbr files directly, instead of having to convert to .epub.
IIRC I had to convert a .txt file to .epub too.

i dont care that the UI isnt pretty, because it plays most everything, but i wish the UI was faster for browsing large libraries. it does get consistent firmware updates and the last one sped up the UI slightly (font rendering?).

been waiting for some more SageTV HD 200 reviews to come out; as a potential replacement.

i dont like that it requires a gold subscription ... because when you have multiple xbox 360s, then you have to sneakernet a memory unit around with your gold profile. the need to sneakernet from the living room to the bedroom kills part of the ease for streaming.

i'd only be interested in this if i could plug an ethernet-to-usb connection in to access files on the network.
