I agree with the "I broke it and its my fault" my only issue is that they are making a product they know will be in droppable conditions, and used outside, I simply am complaining of the fact that there should be precautions to these issues built in. My issue is that the phone is 90% surface area breakable glass! exposed corners are the issue, drop it on the front of back corner of the glass, crack! , and i wasnt in the momentarily free silicon bumper crowd. I dont believe you should have to buy something to protect the item you just bought in its normal user conditions. Apple should have at least PROVIDED with a sleeve or basic vinyl/fabric cover at purchase or a redemption code for one online...

Nope, I am indignant because the made a product that is KNOWN and EXPECTED to be dropped or squeezed in the pocket, the first 3 iphone versions hardly had this issue. Is there not a class action suit against Apple the glass issue? I guess im not the only one.

I shouldnt have to purchase extra products immediately to protect it.

neither, still just as broken, shattered screen, growing indignancy for apple fragility.

I dropped mine from pocket height the second week I had it, 3 foot fall and shattered front and back on impact, they tried to sell me a new one when I tried to tack it back based on the fact I only had it for two weeks.
