Hell yeah I've seen those red lights! I finally got my 360 10 days ago, thinking that they'd finally quashed this bug... I did all the voodoo with the power brick, plugged it into a clean power circuit, well ventillated space in an AC'd room... and it died after 3 hours of play. :(
