I used to work toy retail, and it's all fine and good to say "Don't resist, your life is more important", but when someone is trying to yank a PS2 out of your hands, you fight. TL;DR, the box ripped where I was holding it, and the guy got away with it. I started keeping a claw hammer under the counter after that.

I feel for the GS employees, their non-mall stores seem to always be out of the way, and not near anything else open. I scared the living hell out of this girl at a local GS when I went to get a copy of Persona 4. It was almost 9 at night, the store was sandwiched between a matress store and a dentists, both closed, and I pull up right in front of the door, leave the engine running (wife is in the car), and come charging through the front door in a black trenchcoat and make a bee-line for the counter. The girl looked terrified, and I'm really not THAT ugly.

I can't blame her though. I used to work in the store that was there before GS, and we got robbed multiple times. I once got a Razor Scooter flung at my head while trying to fend of a trio of shoplifters trying to steal a case of Bratz dolls. Ahhh, the memories.
