i've always been of the belief that for every 1 copy of a game pirated, at least 2 copies are purchased by their friends who choose not to pirate games.

I have chosen not to pirate videogames, and have been convinced to buy several games after playing pirated versions at friends houses.

i dont have much confidence in the existence of common sense in the average gaming public... I had a customer at bestbuy the other day try to convice me that the xbox 360 was in 360 bit just like the N64 was in 64 bit...

People do rely too much on the score, for sure... I did video reviews for Several games and people always complain about the score you give, regardless of what your actual review says about the game... I gave the first Assassins creed a 7.5 and people bitched it was too low.. , but when you look at the break down of how i got to that score, it makes sense.. but people dont pay attention to that... then i gave bioshock a 9.5 and everyone said THAT was too low.. and that it needed to be a 10.. just retarded.. read the review for its merits...

but at the same time,, i too love a score added at the end of a review... somethin about quantifying your thoughts on the game into a number that i like.

so on this argument i am torn

idk, i really wanna play Ass.Creed 2 to see if its true that they fixed some of the things i hated about the first one.. mainly the repetition,
