I've had this too but a fix is a bit late now. You can only restore your character at the beginning so it means playing through a second time.

Second time playthrough is reserved for my FemShep so unless they restore the option through a medical bay procedure I'm going to have to continue with my ManShep clone.

that's the sleeve. The back of the steelbook case shows the reverse view of the cover. Only the front has any text or logos.

This is an astonishingly dumb decision.

Any service that intentionally pulls it's network down for maintenance during it's busiest time is idiotic. You either do it in the middle of the night or when there is minimal traffic.

Given that any image based on Colonial America will look like an image based on Colonial America, saying "it looks like The Patriot" is like saying saying any screenshot of a WW2 game looks like Saving Private Ryan or Red Dead Redemption looks like The Unforgiven.

The game doesn't look like The Patriot. The Patriot looks like something set in Colonial America. And so does AC3.
