This lawsuit is bullshit, these artists need to learn about games before they agree to be in them. I dont even understand what the big deal is?

Thats how it works in the business when you get fired, you sign papers that say you wont talk about things inside the company, or share code. Its how things work in any highly competitive market. I bet Apple does the exact same thing with the people they fire.

I think the neatest part is that the genre of the steam is listed as "La Mer" which is a french song that was in BioShock's soundtrack on jukeboxes.

The interesting thing about this song? it was made into the Bobby Darin hit "Beyond The Sea" for America.

It is a shame activision is charging so much for this game, because it really is an amazing Rhythm game everyone should play.

My 2 cents is that it if you isolated the single player experience from RB/GH and compared it to DJ Hero, DJ Hero would be more fun. I'll still play Rock Band with friends, but i doubt i will ever touch it again by myself, i'll just play DJ Hero instead. The best part of DJ Hero is that, while it is harder, Medium difficulty is more fulfilling than RB's medium. When i play medium difficulty on DJ hero i dont feel like i am missing anything, when i play medium on Rock Band i feel like i am.
