Joystiq attends the Fallout 3 Launch Party

Oct 18th 2008 5:58PM (Joystiq)
This is not what i expected, but i guess that's my fault. All i asked for was some info, and i get called a jackass and a douchbag, and of course everyone here defends the 3 year old name caller. But you all do have one good point, i'll get my info somewhere else.

I would. But you'd probably go on and on about the cool people you met at the store instead. I did like the hands-on article you mentioned in an earlier reply. Excuse me for wanting more.

It's also nice to see you can't help but resort to name calling, not once, but twice? You're a real pro.

Yeah you're right. The title does say it's a launch party. Maybe you'll spend as much time writing about your birthday party this year too? Or maybe a Halloween party?

Or maybe if i went to a party with 12 playable versions i would talk more about the game which is so close to release, than a bunch of actors. This is a gaming site right? Or am i at TMZ.com?

Call of Duty: World at War beta updated today

Maybe you should EDIT the "has been updated" to "will be updated", cause it's not at the moment.

Nice to see people understand. The "difference" genius, is between WWII and Modern Warfare.

As a CoD4 fan what i liked about WaW WAS the differences. The whole "Its just CoD4 with new settings" is what i like about it. Who wants to play the same maps, with the same weapons, 10 million times? I've never understood it.

It's why i did prestigue as soon as i could, just to mix it up. WaW is exactly what i was looking for. A game that feels and controls like the game i love (CoD4), with enough differences to make it feel like a completely different game, which it is.

It's a shame the Beta won't let us try out the co-op campaign alittle. I'm interested in seeing how that plays out.
