^^ I assume the problem is that most people don't actually know they have epilepsy until they have a seizure. It is not like taking epilepsy tests is a part of routine medical exams.

I think it is safe to say that this is a bargain. I know I would have paid full retail price for it (but not without whining a little though :-P).

And those cheapskates that think $21 is expensive, would have complained no matter what the price had been.
