Here's what I've found

ESPN NFL 2K5: No HDD Functionality

Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence /(Limited Edition):
Description: During gameplay, with 1 PS3 user hosting a Team Deathmatch Game Type, and 5 other users as clients, the host is randomly disconnected, and is unable to reconnect

Description: Throughout the title, with the PS3 using HDMI out, the screen appears divided horizontally, and both of the divided portions of the screen display out of sync from one another.

Secret Weapons Over Normandy:
Description: Upon boot-up, the title hangs after the Totally Games logo FMV plays.

And it looks like some one already mentioned ICO's screen flicker.

The "Ryan Seacrest... covering game news" comment in the story is kinda ironic considering Ryn Seacrest started out doing shows for C|Net on the Sci-Fi channel.
