Eurgh, this story leaves a bad taste in my mouth (and it's not the pizza)

I think it's the double whammy of Joystiq grassing up the story and rubbing its hands with glee at having done so. Kinda unnecessary to take such joy in screwing over that pizza place.

I hope it's just a cease and desist they get, the economy has wrecked enough lives as it is without Joystiq getting extra cheap shots in. Not cool.

It's already been pointed out but yeah, it's a TM symbol gone wonky after conversion. You'll notice Ubisoft press releases tend to do the same thing.

ccc - I don't know if you're basing this off the demo or not (which I presume would be one of the first levels) but trust me, you CAN'T get away with doing that on the intermediate levels and upwards. I agree that perhaps 800 MS points for this is a little cheeky but it's definitely not 'for the most part mindless'

I love this blog guys, it's my favourite Xbox 360 blog out there, but this bizarre hating on Xbox Originals needs to stop.

No, there aren't Xbox Originals 'fanboys' but that's missing the point entirely - this is about getting a chance to play a game you missed out on the first time around (Sid Meier's Pirates for me), maybe lost or have a scratched disc for, never completed originally or just like the look of. Regardless, more people getting a chance to play Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit, to give one example, isn't a bad thing.

And the 'no achievements, no point' argument is pretty narrow minded too. Frogger has achievements but if I had to choose between playing that or Ninja Gaiden Black...
