The Wii alphabet

Nov 11th 2006 6:48PM (Joystiq)
X - Xii, as in 12-centimeter disks which will allow Wii games to include so much more content. And since the graphics aren't quite as hardcore as are those of the competition, this'll mean more levels Mario's in instead of more freckles on Mario's chin.

Twilight Princess Diary: Part 1 [update 1]

Nov 11th 2006 3:41AM (Joystiq)
I stopped reading at "*WARNING: Some minor plot spoilers ahead*". Comments will still be enabled once I get my non-preordered, non-launch Wii and beat LoZ:TP, right?

Fortune says the Wii name is "scary"

I must say, that is the best analogy ever.

I'm serious. Well, maybe there was a bit hyperbole. But still.

Oh, and cheers to Apple. I hope they don't add this feature to MacBooks any time soon, as I don't want mine to become obsolete.

MacBooks becoming crackBooks?

Oct 27th 2006 2:54AM (Engadget)
I'd like to add my name to the list of people whose Apple products have always worked either as expected or better (in the case of GUIs, as I'm a switcher).

PS3 ads still peddling potentials

Oct 25th 2006 7:32PM (Joystiq)
I was simultaneously very impressed and a bit annoyed. Impressed because they were awesome, but annoyed because they're so misleading. A bit of brutal honesty would make these, like, the best ads ever.
