Upcoming new device integration sends Netflix stock soaring

Oct 24th 2009 12:26AM (Joystiq)
Sorry to burst your bubble guys...

Netflix will be available through a gadget that you can hookup to most Sony TV's the gadget is called Bravia internet video module.
The gadget will allow you to view your netflix subscription with the touch of your Bravia remote.

I know this because..
1) This is old news. It was announced earlier this year.
2) I have a Bravia so I stay on top the latest news.

here's the link..

Heavy Rain will use SIXAXIS to 'push, hit, or kick'

Dec 2nd 2008 1:30PM (Joystiq Playstation)
I dont think that would be a good idea unless u can turn off that option...and then configure your own control scheme.

I dont know of any PS3 games that have made the sixaxis control scheme a better gaming experience.

Ask Engadget HD: Best gaming / movie console: Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3?

Nov 12th 2008 1:27PM (Engadget HD)
If you want to throw cost into the mix ....

The best bet is the PS3 because...
PSN is free and on the Playstation movie DL service you cant rent or buy movies without paying a movie subscription as opposed to the Xbox where you will need the XBL subscription, and the Netflix subscription.

and you alos have to factor in the cost of memory...
I purchased a 500G drive for my PS3 for 100 bucks. It was a limited time sale which I found out through a gaming blog site.
I dont know how you can upgrade the memory on the 360 or if you can because I dont own a 360.

As far as gaming...
I would honestly say that the 360 has a larger library..not so much a better library because that depends on the gamer.
To put it briefly...
The 360 has more hardcore games and the PS3 has an all around library of games.

So the choice depends on your likes and dislikes.
