To make it short and sweet: LOTRO won't have much of a chance. While graphics are nice here and there they're quite dull and uninspired most of the time. The environment is as sterile as in DDO, there's hardly any interaction. The worst part is the whole interface, how can anyone do something like this post-WOW? LOTRO may survive due to its themed contend. It doesn't stand up against the supremacy of WOW though. Sadly to say...
Boooooring. Why do people have to stuff things into things since the start of youtube.com? Why are we bothered with such irrelevant stuff people with apparently no life are doing?

I cannot subscribe to this. I'm playing MMORPGs since UO beta in 1996 and I had a great time playing SWG for quite a while (quit after jedi revamp). Guess it depends on your playstyle, I was Creature Handler and exploring the wildlife, looking for new baby pets to raise. Creatures are huge and fun to control. And, not to forget... SWG really hat this kind of world-feeling most MMORPGs nowadays lack (loading screens etc.). I don't play SWG anymore but i have fond memories of it.
