I will explain why this was done. This configuration is the optimal design to drop a launch vehicle from an aircraft due to the optimal center of gravity and the fact that gravity works with you to ensure a clean separation (rather than the dicey approach NASA took during the Enterprise tests.) IT also enables Spaceship one to be picked off the ground and mounted rather than requiring cranes to lift it over the aircraft. originally NASA was going to build such an aircraft to haul the shuttle, as well as the Soviets so it is not a new idea by any means.

With a service ceiling of 60,000 ft, I doubt you would get any signal "bro"

It will also be used like a "vomit comet" giving the passengers several seconds preview of microgravity.

Well it is not there yet, but it is getting there. In a couple years maybe, when they are more refined. Also in 3D, that is only the reason why I would get it.
