Well, for most people there the PS2 is the better deal. Especially with the PS2 having pirated games.

Thats just the sad state of affairs there, with PS3 and blue ray, I wonder how they will be able to make copies of those games?

This could possibly work to Microsofts advanatage, but for the hardcore gamers, they will probably wait all the way to March for a PS3.

There could be a different strategy, when it comes to thinking about PS4, Sony is in this for the long haul with PS3. The possibility of a PS4 showing up in the next couple of years may not take place until Sony has used the PS3 to its fullest potential.

Just what PS3 is capable of, only time will tell, for now it is definitely a rocky start.

It would seem that Microsoft will not be going no where any time soon. That's the problem that Dreamcast (money woes) faced when going head on with PS2.

With the 360 being out for over a yr. now, and being worldwide, lowering the price of the console is feasible at this point.

With the 360 with a prominent position in the console wars, some developers are simply looking at covering all their bases.

As far as exclusives go, Microsoft may have a hard time yet once again if Final Fantasy and other Sony exclusives have anything to do with it.

With a new day dawning for the PC, it would seem that they are ready for an all out and out war with the consoles.

But with exclusive titles coming for PS3, makes me wonder, what will this person be missing out on?

The PS3 will sell, because of lack of systems and its brand quality. The support for it is deep, the loyalty is high, but simply due to pricing, some will steer clear, that is until the price is right.

Well, while the guy has a point, the system is right at the begining of its sales. While Sony could of waited until next year to release the system, they had to release it now because of 360 and Wii.

While things look grim right now, given the fact that PS3 has a lot of return franchises to help with the push of their system, it would be a sad day to see Sony in a state of disarray.

Because with no competition, there will be no innovation.

As far as games are concerned, both systems have different ways of using their processors to the best advantage.

When it all comes down to it is the games. Will the fact that one console is more powerful than the other make any difference on the quality of games coming out for each system?

Its the games that count, bring that and you will have the gamers.
