For games, component cables will get you 1080p. HDMI is not needed for 1080p gaming. For all the people's proclamation of only wanting to get the PS3 for gaming and now that the system doesn't have an HDMI no everyone wants movie playback in 1080p. I wonder why. or is it just joystiq?
