Awesome! So now when 2.0 hits I can upgrade to a 2.0 player for even more money?? Because of course everyone is aware that they are changing the hardware spec with 2.0, right? And what about after 2.0? Is there gonna be ANOTHER spec released? This is SONY we are dealing with so the safe answer is YES. Blu-Ray is a very deep hole SONY is hoping everyone will fill up with their money. Not me. So sorry.

A touch screen would actually make these things worth what they charge now for a regular digital picture frame. You can buy a 17" LCD monitor for the price of a 7" digital picture frame. I dont' see why they are so expensive.

I'll get to play it on my 56" HDTV. Now I just have to go get the component video cables for my Wii...

Are the 1080p movies that I would order from Vudu not truley 1080p?

I have an Xbox 360 with an HD DVD add on. My TV is a 56" JVC HD-ILA. The picture is incredible and the sound from the TV alone is better than my old surround sound setup! I have only 9 movies on HD DVD, but I plan on buying them till I can't buy any more. It seems to me to be a more consumer friendly format with (IMO) better features and no compatibility issues between movies and players. HD DVD is a winner in my book. Too bad my book isn't on the best seller list... lol :)

For such an anticipated title, like Symphony Of The Night, Microsoft raised the limit. They should do it again for this title. For Capcom to have to possibly skimp on music or sound effects, that would be quite a shame.

I was at a Fred Meyer in my area last night and saw a Sony display showing a 40" Bravia HDTV and a Blu-Ray Player playing Fantastic Four 2. Sure it was in full 1080p and it looked nice. The TV was priced at $1899 and the Blu-Ray player was $459. That's why Blu-Ray IMO isn't appealing to the general public (non-ps3 owners) at all. If you compare the amount of people who buy stand alone Blu-Ray players to the number of people who are buying stand alone HD DVD (There is no hyphen) players you'll see that the HD DVD players are outselling the Blu-Ray players by a significant margin.

Tyranids were around before Blizzard existed as a games company.

Maybe they are negotiating more licensing deals for more characters to be added to the roster of fighters?
