I'd agree that they're marketing it too much like 3D is the only point, but that's mostly to bring in new audiences

The online play capabilities of the 3DS are surprisingly good. It kinda resembles Xbox Live.

Evil Genius was, well, genius. And it had an AMAZING soundtrack.
