damn it, i have been on the fence for this game since it launched.. not if i actually have a slim to none chance to win GT5 by playing.. i am almost sold..

@jblank its not a belief its a pretty rare that people in the southern states have basements. Like @texrob said, it would cost a lot of money and wouldnt be the best idea like in NC, the having to dig into the clay would be costly. and it wouldn't be smart to build basements in areas that are at or close to sea level because could have the possibility of flooding

@ColdHeat i did think that the arm band that could tell if you moved your fingers or not was a neat idea.(HHG reported that MS might be looking into something like that.) If MS does come out with a handheld wand style controller they go from being "innovative" to like everyone else in a matter of seconds

@Mythmaker i think the main difference is that with Kinect you need 8ft of cleared space. with MOVE you don't have to move the table in front of your couch because you required to stand up and actually move around. most MOVE games can be played in a sitting position but the same can't be said for Kinect at the moment. thats where the inconsistency lays

1. the 3 year warranty extension wasn't done because they wanted to be nice and help out their consumers. they did it so they wouldn't have to have a full product recall

2. who cares about sales. and if you do, the 360 lead isn't much. and both consoles sale at a very similar rate.

the main point is MS isn't known for the highest quality of products. even outside of their gaming divisions their QA hasn't been the greatest. look at how crappy Windows was for a very very very long time.

@thinkthis i honestly thing it wont be long before we see a official handheld kinect controller. the only problem with that is.. it defeats the whole purpose of "you being the controller"

@Prboi actually no, that is something that people might need to know. many people wear glasses so that could effect a lot of people that read this review. when a person goes to set up their kinect they might not even think about that it could be their glasses that keeps it from recognizing their face in that set up screen. that is a helpful and honest statement.

@Prboi how wasn't it honest. he didn't dote on what it's billed as but what it actually is. he brought up honest points and didn't dance around its faults.
