Sailor Moon transforms into a homebrew Wii brawler

Aug 18th 2008 11:45AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Seriously, that song's stuck in my head too. Damn you, JC Fletcher!

Fighting evil by moonlight
Winning love by daylight
Never running from a real fight
She is the one named Sailor Moon.
She will...never turn her back on a friend
She is... always there to defend
She is...the one on whom we can depend
She is the one named Sailor Moon
She is the one . . . Sailor Moon

Holy crap! I haven't laughed this hard in a while. That was some pretty funny stuff.

Rigopulos on why air drumming doesn't work

uhm, no. I don't know how to spell his name and didn't feel like looking it up. The video is spastic and repetitive.

Your ability to read way too much into a simple comment and assume all people on the intertubes are racists makes you a failure as a human being.

E308: DS Fanboy explores the lands of Rune Factory 2

Jul 24th 2008 4:01PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I played Rune Factory 1 for hours on end. I had tons of fun tending my farm and fighting monsters. The best part is capturing monsters and using them as slaves to tend the farm for me. I can't wait to play the sequel!

Konami sues Harmonix, Viacom, and MTV over Rock Band

Wow, that's a pretty constructive comment there.

Too much tutorial before Lock's Quest is unlocked?

I love DTD. I have no idea how much time I wasted playing it and I'm not sure I want to know. It got to the point that I played it at work instead of, well, actually working. I don't know if I should look forward to having something similar in portable format. My social life (ahem) just might end when this game is released...

Yamaha Tenori-on: everything you wanted to know (with video)

Jul 7th 2008 1:20PM (Engadget)
I had the chance to play with one at the SAT here in Montréal. They're amazingly easy and intuitive to use. The only thing you really have to know are the 8 mode buttons on the side of the device. They're weren't very well explained so you had to just go ahead and try. I had so much fun with the thing that I almost decided not to attend the conference, which was the reason I was at the SAT in the first place. It's really too bad that those things are so expensive cause I would buy one without hesitation.
