Becuase it's $5 less than a new game. And usually the "new" used games are not in bad shape.
P.S.- I don't buy used versions of new games, only used versions of games over a year usually.

I am actually really looking forward to this game. It reminds me of Infamous and GTA4, how can you mess that up? Too bad for Pandemic tho. :(

The Saboteur looks very interesting, hopefully the shutting down of pandemic hasn't changed it. (I dont think it has, the game is out in less than a month, but still!) Oh and interestingly enough just yesterday i went through and looked at all the games that Pandemic published... Not too hot :( so it's not that surprising.
