Nokia X6 confirmed to sport a capacitive display, we can finally exhale

Sep 2nd 2009 1:25PM (Engadget)
I gotta say, I really don't see why people get so emotional about this. If you ask me, it's very easy. If you like capacitive, buy a phone that uses a capacitive screen and if your into resistive, buy a phone with a resistive screen.

Personally I like resistive touch screens more, because I find it really annoying that capacitive touch screens register even the slightest contact between my hand and the screen. No matter how unwillingly it is, the contact counts as a "touch". Very very annoying especially when writing SMS.

On the other hand some people really like that hyper sensitivity, so as I said before it all comes down to personal preference.

You are sooo right bill. None of my friends digged Killzone 2. Not even one. They were all like let's play CoD!

The reason so many people like the controls is because it's way harder for good players to aim precisly and therefore to kill casual players as fast as in e.g. CoD. That might or might not be intended by GG, but as there are way more casual gamers than hardcore gamers I highly doubt the sluggish controls are coincidental. So this might actually be a smart move from GG. On the other hand the casual audience is what keeps an online game alive so GG should be careful that this doesn't backfire on them.

LittleBigPlanet glitch may erase parts of your save data

Dec 30th 2008 9:15PM (Joystiq Playstation)
Exactly! That's the reason my newest level ("Metal Gear Solid VR Mission 01" created of course by me "Huschke2k") avoids you having to pick up items to play through the level. The items in my newest level are rather secrets that you can look for if you so desire.

Ok enough advertising, but seriously though you should check out my latest creation. :D
And above all let me know what you think!

LittleBigPlanet glitch may erase parts of your save data

Sry but thats dumb as the patch won't "fix" the issue. Why? Cuz it's not a real issue, it's just that the error message is somehow not beeing displayed.

So tell him, that waiting for a patch won't do anything unless he starts deleting some stuff he doesn't want or need.
