Its Woodland Critter Christmas!

I own both and to be honest I pretty much only use my PS3 for BRD. The Xbox 360 is great for gaming (it has a LOT of exclusives). I also feel the media streaming capabilities for the 360 are much better than the PS3 (especially if you have a HTPC, which I do) and its online video store has a much larger selection. So instead of buying a PS3 for $399 I'd buy a Xbox 360 core for $199 (which comes with a memory card so you CAN install the Netflix update and stream) and then pick up a stand alone BRD player for $199. If you could only choose 1 I guess the PS3 is a good choice because it is the best BRD player on the market today, but for the same price you could have the best of both worlds...

This was supposed to the one of the last HD-DVD releases and was set to come out day and date w/ the DVD but the end of the format war pushed this title back until now. Suffice it to say I've been anxiously awaiting this release since earlier this year.

A lot of places will price match this special so if your local Toys R Us doesnt have the greatest selection walk over to Best Buy let them know of the special/bring in the Sunday TRU ad and pick out 3 games you really want.
