@ViewtifulJason Black Hole Sun rather.

Rock Band 3: how to import Rock Band 2 songs

Oct 26th 2010 10:47AM (Joystiq)
Unfortunately, two songs from the RB1 export no longer work: RHCP's Dani California and Cherub Rock's Block Hole Sun. Harmonix has yet to explain if this is a licensing issue or a glitch, but the fact remains.

Rock Band 3 review: The only rhythm game you'll ever need

Oct 22nd 2010 7:59AM (Joystiq)
@Rocket Raccoon If I recall, Pro Bass is in fact the first four or five strings on the guitar to play their parts. No modified bass guitar peripheral, I'm afraid. The issue I believe was making another one of these complex peripherals would be too niche of a product to sell right away, if ever, as most people play Guitar. As a bassist, you should be used to being treated like Rodney Dangerfield by now. No respect.

I'm just going to wait for the inevitable GOTY edition to get the complete package then, okay?

I am reminded of Thundarr the Barbarian.

Rock Band 3 details: RB2 export confirmed for all consoles, 'pro' mode DLC may be more expensive

Sep 6th 2010 2:10PM (Joystiq)
If they charge $3 for a DLC with everything, and have the $2 standard for non-Pro stuff, with the option to upgrade that DLC for $1 later, I'd be more than understanding.

Steve Jobs on TV: 'no one wants to buy a box'

Jun 1st 2010 11:28PM (Engadget)
Yeah, I'd totally love to have an unupgradeable television set instead of an easily replaceable box, allowing me to keep my television I'm already very happy with. Oh wait, hi internet-connected TVs from 2008.

Crytek boss: free game demos 'prohibitively expensive'

Apr 17th 2010 8:07AM (Joystiq)
This defeats the purpose of a demo. It's like charging for the free sample of ice cream at Baskin Robbins.

Jobs: If you see a stylus or a task manager, 'they blew it'

Apr 8th 2010 3:26PM (Engadget)
Shut up, Jobs. Your devices would have much more palatable with stylus support. I could, perhaps, use an iPad as a tablet for drawing, and if that could be a proper external monitor (I've seen some sorta wireless solution, but it lags bad) I would buy it. If the iPhone had a stylus, I would use that instead of those stupid fucking softkeys to type. Stylus is for better, more precise touch interactions. Get your head out of your ass.

BTW, I'm writing this on my HP Pavilion tx2500. Writing, not typing.
