don't let the pinhole fool you..that lens is actually pretty big
http://www.mflenses.com/gallery/d/24744-4/yashica_ml_28mm_f2_8-05.jpg thats a 28mm lens for 35mm film cameras. The max aperture is actually pretty small, so relatively you should be fooled by pin hole size ALL the time, given that pin hole is a considerable amount bigger than most cameraphones,Given that I still predict NOISY photos
maybe you haven't seen the newest phones that do have everything that you say.
Oh and if you mean flip phone 5 way navigator as in any Samsung (One of the most complicated phone I've ever used) or LG flip..yes you are in the 90's. I dare not say that my Nokia is more usable than any of these phones. Most of the Software is pretty split...there is not one company that makes the OS..unless you count Symbian.
But still there are light years of improvements that still should be done.
$700 sounds too much. There are not even official MSRP prices which are usually inflated too. But it depends what lens it was. If it was a weather sealed 77mm LTD then I would grab that for $700 for sure. But for a kit lens (18-55) I wouldn't even bother touching that even if it was weather sealed!
maybe close to being broke. Then they sign a contract and pay their bills off. Its not a completely different industry when you examine it closely. All I'm saying is that if we stop feeding the pirates then they will stop. But the pirates see we want R$ and they give it to us.
well, almost everyone who is against piracy in here is a hypocrite (I myself included) How many times have you torrented a move or illegally downloaded music...
If you buy ALL your music and movies, go ahead and talk about how this is wrong. But until then, not many of us have to right to say so. Its the same argument~~~not that I support piracy... but maybe we have to consider ourselves at fault. If we continue the demand for pirated commercial software they will keep spoon feeing us.
Sony and Samsung are both in the sensor business. Along a coule of other companies such as Sharp, Fuji, Omnivision, etc. Don't all sensors look the same ;)
@bluecold. If you read the review of the zeiss 16-80 they say its a desirable lens. And for kit lens, they are all not that good. So what you are saying is that because they have amateur kit lenses their glass sucks? What you listed is no where near the top lens designs but mere kit lenses.....
