Unless they offer a subscription base where it's like 20 a month or so for everything I have the feeling you will only have people focusing on one character.

Say I like Iron Man, at $2 a pop i'm only going to be buying Iron Man comics, the other comics I want I can just download.

I was sketchy and unimpressed at first, but there are some modifications here I really like, starting with the fact that it appears that there are actual buttons for the power and eject.

Regardless of where the blame belongs, it is the sheer fact that they had a product that they weren't satisfied with but decided to put out hoping that a bunch of stupid nicknames and blurbs would sell it.

That is a developer issue.

Granted I'm sure the PS3 is very difficult to develop for, especially for smaller third party companies; nevertheless when you sign an exclusive deal you sure as shit should know how to develop on the system you sign the deal with.

The real question is what happens when you buy GH5 and "Band Hero" (whatever the hell that is) and then a year later they want to put out a GH6 or Band Hero 2; you're going to have to reliscense everything which sucks right off the bat considering no one knows this "small fee".

Secondly how are they going to work that importing when you've already used your code once for gh5 for gh6 and bh2?

The reason that this game got canned is b/c it was too soon after the actual event. It's bullshit really. Too many people were too sentimental and stupid. Hell the soldiers who are still fighting liked the game, that should have been more than enough of a reason to push for this to be completed and instead they ignored that and turned it into another "violent video game" backlash.

Yet the news can report (all be it half assed) on this kind of crap every day.

It was all about timing, that's what killed this game. You have to wait another 30 years before doing something about this war, same way you have to wait another 20 before even trying to touch 9-11 (case in point: World Trade Center getting slammed by critics).

why would you ever want to do missions as Meryl? Two protagonists aren't enough for you?

what would they be able to add on to it? the game was already incredible, that's like beating a dead horse.

Play as one of millions of nathan drakes shooting your way through various cities....

Sounds really lame.

Offline co-op I would embrace though.

More ps3 games need some sort of offline multiplayer system.
