Aso, what 26 years have been banned? Last time I checked, the Nazis only ruled for 12 years (1933-1945), so what are you guys referring to? Besides it being bullshit, off course. Swastikas and nazis are banned for being anti-constitutional, but not any information about them.

Question is: What is gambling according to U.S. laws? Would 1 vs 100 be considered gambling if you can win money in it (which is what Microsoft and Endemol plan to do for the 360's fall update)?

Actually, they are a hive-mind. There was a cross-over featuring Spidey, his clone (Ben Reilly), Venom and Carnage that was about an invasion of the symbiotes. They were a telepatic hive-mind with Venom and the earth-born symbiotes excluded from the hive-mind due to Venom being in exile, passing that inability to link up on to his terran offspring.

Thing is, my definition of an RPG would include an epic storyline. Thus, MMOs are MMOs, not RPGs since MMOs hardly have any in-game story at all. Diablo has a very simplistic one (just like other Roguelikes) that is miles away from that of titles like Oblivion, Mass Effect or even some modern RTS.
Diablo takes the RPG formula and simplifies it to a point where it hardly is an RPG anymore.

I'm sorry but while I love Diablo and Diablo II: When did those become RPGs? Not everything they put in the middle ages or some kind of fantasy world automatically turns into an RPG. Just put Diablo and Final Fantasy side to side and tell me it's the same genre.

Would be great to get a video where one could actually see anything. Dunno if the 360 has R1, R2, L1 and L2, but it definately has a blue X and a green A (not triangle, but it's hard to tell the difference).
